At JD's Clubs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new equipment doesn't improve your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the clubs or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective headcovers and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
